Black belt grading is planned on Wednesday 29-7-2026 in training room 3 (upstairs) from 14:30 – 17:30. Exact times will be announced during the gasshuku

Procedure:

1. Only participants who have been invited to grade by their Chief Instructors can participate.
2. The Chief Instructor needs to inform the candidate(s) regarding all aspects of the black belt grading and must ensure that all requirements are met.
3. Make sure the actual registration form is used: REQUEST FOR IOGKF DAN REGISTRATION Rev. 12/2021.
4. Upon arrival at the Registration, hand over the envelope with the form and the grading fee to the registrar at the GRADING DESK. Please have the exact grading fee, the registrar will not have change.
5. The registrar will check the fee and registration form for completeness in presence of the candidate and/or chief instructor and will note the hand-over on a form.
